HOTEL CALIFORNIA

On a dark desert highway
cool wind in my hair
warm smell of colitas
rising up through the air
far away in the distance
I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night.
from: Hotel California, The Eagles, 1976

Music came on LPs, when this song was written. The picture on the cover inspired me to extend the scenery. If you don't know the cover or the song, then the picture will not mean anything to you. I wanted to place some bushes in the landscape, but the eight light sources in the hotel needed all the 128 kB of RAM, so I have to wait for my next computer. And the car does not have a driver, but I hope to get one.

Here is a closer view on the hotel:

and here is a black and yellow version:

You find the sources of the palms in "South Pacific" and the car in "Motel 66"
